Balance & Vestibular Center Physical Therapy is an In-Network provider for the following insurance companies.

• Anthem Blue Cross
• Blue Shield
• Medicare
• Regal/Lakeside Medical Group

We accept all other major insurance companies as an Out-of-Network provider. We will submit claims to your insurance company but claims will be processed under your Out-of Network benefits.
