Dr. Joshua Lurie, PT, DPT

Dr. Joshua Lurie, PT, DPT is the CEO and Owner of BVC Physical Therapy. Dr. Lurie obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College in Boston. In 2012 Dr. Lurie opened his first location in Encino, in 2015 expanded to a second location in West Hills and in 2019, a third location in Northridge.
Dr. Lurie has extensive training, experience and success in treating patients with a wide range of vestibular disorders and neurological conditions. Some of these include: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, Meniere's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease and post CVA/stroke. He also has worked with patients suffering from general gait and balance impairments from a variety of causes including joint replacements/orthopedic conditions and neuropathy. Dr. Lurie opened BVC physical therapy because he felt there was a lack of options for patients suffering from these serious conditions.
Dr. Lurie enjoys being able to see the progress of a patient from their first visit through their date of discharge, no matter how long that process takes. He has also worked with athletes of all levels, helping them recover from mild to severe concussions suffered during play.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and likes to stay active by playing basketball on a regular basis.



Dr. Adriana Delgado, PT, DPT
Clinic Director-West Hills

Dr. Adriana Delgado, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. She has furthered her education by obtaining a certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation, in Kinesiology Taping, and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!). She also loves to learn from others in the neurological field by regularly taking continuing education courses. Dr. Delgado is passionate about working with and improving the function of the geriatric, neurological, and vestibular populations. She is dedicated to empowering patients by providing them the tools necessary to maximize their well-being and independence. When she is not at the Balance and Vestibular Center, Dr. Delgado stays active by running and regularly participating in cardio classes (HIIT, step aerobics, and Zumba). She loves playing with her Maltipoo, spending time with her family, and taking short trips to the beach with her husband.



Dr. Erin Schultze, PT, DPT

Dr. Erin Schultze, PT, DPT received her doctoral degree from Washington University in St. Louis after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Erin has furthered her education in the neurological field by becoming certified in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!). She is also the Site Coordinator of Clinical Education and enjoys teaching the future generation of physical therapists!

Erin has been working for BVC for 6+ years, and she loves working with patients and their families throughout their entire course of care and lifetime. She has a strong passion and particular interest in treating patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, CVAs, traumatic brain injuries, and peripheral and central vestibular disorders. She strives to listen with empathy and establish good communication with each individual that walks in the door so that each patient has the best opportunity to reach their goals.

Born and raised in Ventura County, Erin now enjoys raising her own family in the area. She loves taking trips to the beach on the Central Coast and camping in her tent trailer with her husband and three young children.


Dr. Stacy Choi, PT, DPT
Clinic Director-Northridge

Dr. Stacy Choi, PT, DPT obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients with neurological to balance conditions in the adult to the geriatric population. She has experience treating patients with general balance and gait impairments, vestibular hypofunction, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), post CVA/stroke, and Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Choi has a passion for helping others and improving the lives of each individual. Outside of the clinic, Stacy enjoys backpacking, camping, traveling, cooking, weight lifting, and spending time with family and friends.


Dr. Emma Wong, PT, DPT

Dr. Emma Wong, PT, DPT obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated with a degree in Health and Human Sciences for her undergraduate studies. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients with balance and/or neurological conditions in the adult to the geriatric population. She has experience treating patients with general balance and gait impairments, post CVA/stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's Disease as well as knowledge related to pelvic health and wound care. Dr. Wong has a passion for helping others achieve and maintain their functional goals and abilities to allow her patients to continue living fulfilling lives. Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys hiking, playing with dogs, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.


Dr. Cherith Caishpal, PT, DPT

Dr. Cherith Caishpal, PT, DPT obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Andrews University. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients with neurological to balance conditions in the adult to the geriatric population. She has experience treating patients with general balance and gait impairments, vestibular hypofunction, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), post CVA/stroke, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Caishpal has a passion for helping individuals build their confidence with daily life activities in the home and community. Outside of the clinic, Cherith enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, going the gym, and spending time with family and friends.



Dr. Lauren Kaldjian, PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Lauren Kaldjian, PT, DPT, NCS received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy residency at Precision Rehabilitation and obtained her Neurologic Clinical Specialist Certification in 2015.

Lauren is driven to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to improve the quality of life of her patients. She has significant experience treating people with neurologic disorders including Parkinson's Disease, various Movement Disorders, ALS, Post-Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Brain Injury. She is also Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR!) certified.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, exercising, and cooking.


Dr. Maddy Dunn, PT, DPT

Dr. Maddy Dunn obtained her doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from the University of Southern California after obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Linfield College in McMinnville, OR. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience working with patients with various balance and gait impairments and neurological conditions including Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and post stroke. In addition, she has experience working with patients' post-concussion, and with BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, and vestibular migraines. Dr. Dunn has furthered her education by becoming a PWR! (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery) Certified instructor. She has a passion helping people achieve their highest potential. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, working out and being outdoors.


Dr. Saskia van Ommeren-Egberts, PT, DPT

Dr. Saskia van Ommeren-Egberts, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with highest honors from the University of Southern California after getting her Bachelor's Degree in Psychobiology from UCLA.
She has worked in multiple settings such as aquatic therapy, outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has experience treating clients with persistent post-concussive symptoms, Parkinson's, ALS/PLS, functional neurological disorders (such as tremors, 3PD, CRPS, and seizures), Multiple Sclerosis, post stroke, vestibular hypofunction, vestibular migraines, and BPPV. When treating, she prioritizes autonomy and return to independence, working in collaboration with clients to reach their goals safely.
Outside of the clinic, Saskia enjoys running, hanging out with her two cats, and taking quick trips to Sonoma County where she grew up.


Adeline Wang

Office Administrator

Adeline received her B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Penn State University. She enjoys interacting with patients at BVC and is an aspiring physical therapist. She enjoys powerlifting, hanging out with friends and family, and most of all, spending time with her French Bulldog, Waffles.
